Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available throughout Pakistan. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available contact methods. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing your order. Impression Scents is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

International Shipping

Currently, Impression Scents ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
